CLEANING
AND CARE

Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent and warm water in a bowl. Place the jewelry in the solution and allow to sit for a few minutes or a few hours. If need be, a soft toothbrush can be used to gently scrub the jewelry. A small, at home ultrasonic may be a great investment and can be used in place of soaking and scrubbing the jewelry. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a polishing cloth.

REPAIRS

All repairs are assessed on an individual basis. Pastel will repair breakage within 30 days of purchase at no charge. Repairs after 30 days will be deemed caused by misuse and require a repair fee. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks and shipping is not covered by Pastel. Please contact Pastel for all repairs.

RETURNS

All sales are final.
All jewelry purchased from Pastel is handmade. There may be small imperfections which make the pieces unique, and metal and stones may look different in various lighting.
