Please fill out the form below to submit your tattoo request. This form is best for complicated projects, guest spots/conventions, and if you’re just someone who prefers more communication ahead of time. You can fast track booking by simply just scheduling here.

Vegas books are only open for no more than 60 days in advance. Ie. if it’s January 17th, books are open until March 17th. Please submit a request during the allotted 60 day booking period or wait until that booking period opens to submit an inquiry.

Travel dates are listed on this page and on Instagram. Appointments for guest spots are open as long as the dates are listed and may be booked more than 60 days in advance only by filling out this form.

Day rates are available for larger projects or multi-session work
